At Enaziva Delectable Meals, we aim to deliver high-quality, Halaal-ready meals conveniently to your doorstep within Johannesburg. Please read the policy below for delivery guidelines and expectations.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Johannesburg and selected surrounding suburbs. If you're unsure whether your area is covered, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed will be scheduled for delivery within 2-4 business days.

Delivery Fees

Flat rate delivery fee: R130 within Johannesburg
Free delivery for orders over R2000

Order Minimum

Minimum order amount: R500

Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a WhatsApp or SMS update once your order is dispatched.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
If no one is available, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Cold Chain & Packaging

All meals are packaged with care to maintain freshness during transport.
Meals should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery and consumed or frozen within the recommended time.

Missed Deliveries

If we are unable to reach you upon delivery, we will attempt to contact you.
A re-delivery fee may be charged if a second trip is required.
